After Sales Hardware Support & Services

All goods sold by Kloud & Co come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All Kloud & Co customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. All Specs are taken from the manufactures/third party websites. They are subject to change without notice. All products carry return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. No advance replacement is available. Return shipping and insurance fees are paid by the customer when sending goods back for repairs unless a special discount/arrangement given. Warranty does not cover physical damage resulting from abuse and misuse. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. A $50 per hour fee may apply if warranty goods are found to be without fault. A large percentage of warranty returns are tested to be without fault. If the product is found to be not faulty, a $25 service fee per item may be charged and the non-faulty items will be shipped back to you at your expense. As such we recommend troubleshooting and testing with another system to make sure an item is faulty before returning it. Returns of non-faulty items are considered on a case by case basis. A minimum 25% restocking fee applies. Return of Lenovo products are done as per Lenovo return policy. • Above goods remain the property of Kloud & Co until payment has been received in full. Until the title passes, Kloud & Co can retain, repossess and/or resell all goods.

Support & Service

For all new customer(s) signing up for managed services (systems/network support), Kloud & Co will provide support for free for the first month only (fair use policy applies).

Further systems/network support following the first month will be charged per hour or unless a monthly support package is purchased. Packages are based on the support requirements of every customer plus the number of hours included in a package.

Backup Service

Onsite Stored Backups: It is the customers’ responsibility to keep the backup devices safe and in a secure location after the backups are completed. Kloud & Co takes no responsibility for backups and data loss if occurs.  

Cloud Backups: At all times customers must ensure that the access of the data to be backed-up is available to the backup solution providers and solutions partner(s), so we and our partner(s) have the ability to access the data to be backed-up and data can be backed up and stored for the backup purposes. Customer(s) must acknowledge and agree, that backup data may not be available for any restore process if, 1) The access to the data needs to be backed-up is restricted or disabled. 2) Due to a failed backup job, 3) Due to the unavailability of the backup location. 3) Due to the natural disaster. 4) Kloud & Co takes no responsibility for backups and data loss if occurs and any changes which are done in between the backup schedule to backup the data.
